So yeah I'll probably be interested to play BotW on that emulator the day it has actual higher resolution textures and 'natively' outputs at 1080p. anyway it's a good thing that the game is really good, because to the eyes of a person like me who always look at details it's bad enough that had it been any other game I wouldn't have bothered. It's "just" 1080p, and I kept the Wii U TV settings to output at 720p to 'minimize' the impact of the alisasing to fit my resolution. My only 'issue' with it is only that the aliasing / jaggedness is absolutely insane on my monitor. More pixels render the scene and adds details (sure they aren't major but it's easy enough to pick up especially on distant architectures/buildings/ruins/trees, etc). Cemu is a free and open-source Wii U emulator, first released on Octofor Microsoft Windows as a closed-source emulator developed by Exzap and Petergov. In other words, the Switch version outputs at 900p when docked. Now, what I'd like to know is if the game's textures and/or 'native' output resolution didn't change from the 720p resolution? It's a Wii U emulator so, it's emulating the Wii U version of the game (that much is obvious). Wii U emulator CEMU is going open-source in 2022. If anyone has had a similar issue with TP, even if it wasn't Kakariko, how did you fix it? Then I was trying to figure out how to get one of the other Tears and I accidentally hit the Death Mountain loading zone. I was killing stuff, going into buildings, smacking into walls because controlling Wolf Link has always been a pain for me. So I decided to go get some of the other Light Tears around the village and then come back. The first time I assumed it was cause I was streaming to Discord, so I cut that and tried again. Specifically, every time I try to jump down into the cellar, the game crashes. Expect slow framerates and long load times. Internal resolution is 1920x1080 (if supported by game) Contains only some optimizations. I go into the big building with the cellar and the kids, and I start having issues. Got the bridge, defeated the beasts in Kakariko, so far so good. I was streaming the game over Discord to my fiancé and just reached Eldin for the first time. Haven't had a single issue with TP on CEMU before this. I started playing TP on CEMU a couple of days ago since its been over a decade since I played it last and I wanted to see if I could get past where I was stuck before.
